Bartender

An exciting opportunity to be part of the Mr Bigz Flavours team is currently available.

We are on the lookout for a driven and passionate Bartender to join our team.

You’ll be a sociable, experienced, well presented, and a friendly Bartender who is at home within a fun, busy, and fast paced environment. You will need to have a welcoming and professional approach at the bar and have good attention to detail.

As a Bartender your role will be to prepare and serve drinks, provide recommendations, demonstrate excellent knowledge of the menu's and provide a great experience for our guests.

You will keep the bar area and storage area’s clean and to the standards expected by the company. As a bartender here at Mr Bigz you will be able to prepare, present and sell all the beverage items, hot and cold and have full knowledge of what all the drinks consist of, to be able to explain and up-sell them to a guest. 

Being skilled and experienced working behind a bar and having a passion for beverage service is essential

At least one year of experience in  hospitality.

Sous Chef

You will be responsible for supporting the head chef with daily tasks such as preparing fresh ingredients, accepting deliveries and stock rotation.

We are looking for someone to join our kitchen team who is confident, organised and pays great attention to detail. We require someone who can remain focused, composed, and attentive and maintain a clean working space. You will play a significant role in the performance within the kitchen ensuring all dishes are delivered and produced to a high standard and quality. Front of House

 You will be responsible for looking after the guest’s while they collect their takeaway orders and therefore, someone passionate and enthusiastic who will make all our guests feel welcome is required.

We are looking for someone to join our team to assist at the front of house. You will be our customers first point of contact, so we are looking for someone with confidence, communicates well, has charisma and an engaging personality. We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail that is willing to go above and beyond to exceed each customer who walks through our door’s expectations. Someone who can remain focused and attentive and works well in a busy environment. Are you willing to learn with a positive and bubbly attitude who can provide excellent customer service and build rapport quickly then please get in touch.

This role means you will be responsible for taking customer food and drink orders and serving beverage orders whilst the customers wait for their food so we are looking for someone who can handle the heat and multitask.
